"I am thrilled to receive the Transport Planner of the Year award from the Transport Planning Society, in a year with some incredible other transport planners nominated. I would especially like to thank those that nominated and selected me for the award and my colleagues who make all my work possible. I am particularly proud of my recent work studying the ongoing impact of the pandemic on patterns of travel and car ownership and its future policy implications for the Centre for Research into Energy Demand Solutions (CREDS).”

Congratulations also to second place, Sue Flack, for her work introducing the Workplace Parking Levy in Nottingham. And to the joint third place entries - Sam Margolis for the numerous active travel improvements in Camden and Stephen Cragg for his development of solid, successful national and regional Transport models in Scotland.
