Best Paper by a Young Professional at TPM 2021

TPS was delighted to present the Award for the Best Paper by a Young Professional to Lauren James, pictured below, for her paper:

"Paving the Road to Accessibility: the need for inclusive transport policy to enable cycling accessibility for all, no matter of ability, or disability. A Case Study of London."

On receiving the Award from Mark Frost, TPS Chair, at the  Transport Practitioners Meeting Virtual Awards ceremony, Lauren said:

"Thank you to TPS and PTRC for this award and for giving me the platform to develop research in this area of interest, and present this at the Transport Practitioners Meeting 2021. It has been really great to explore the important, and complex, topic of inclusivity within transport, gain support and insight from knowledgeable mentors and network with other transport society members."
