The Transport Planning Society and the University of Southampton's Transportation Research Group will be hosting a lively, informal debate over at the University's Boldrewood Campus.
The event is for anyone working, studying or interested in the field of transport planning, with a particular focus on the South of England. Speakers will briefly address the question, "Transport Planning - how hard can it be?" from different perspectives, before opening the floor to a facilitated discussion to which everyone is welcome to contribute.
Confirmed speakers include: Dominic McGrath (Hampshire County Council) and John Preston (University of Southampton). John Dales (Urban Movement) will be the MC.
