This year's annual confernce focuses on the particular issues faced by cathedral and university towns and cities, country and market towns:

• Leadership and Governance: the role of authorities, land owners, developers, house builders and the local community in delivery 
• Movement and Public Realm: inclusive mobilty, improving visitor experience (chaired by TPS)
• Development and change within the town: redevelopment, conservation areas
• Development and change outside the town: greenfield, urban extensions, satellites, expanding villages
