For this session joining our Chair Ben Plowden (TPS, PA Consulting) we will have Stephen Joseph (Stephen Joseph Associates, University of Hertfordshire), Sharon Payne (Transport East) and Beate Kubitz (Beate Kubitz Associates) to provide an overview of the principles, policies, practicalities and politics of the tricky task of reducing car use in rural areas in the UK. As usual we will have a short presentation from each of our speakers followed by a discussion / Q&A, facilitated by Ben.
