Nick Lester-Davis, the noted expert on transport strategies, speaks from his experience as vice chair of ERTRAC, the European technology platform for road transport and as Commissioner for the Centre for London's study on London's roads and streets on developing vehicle policies in major European cities and their developing strategies to address congestion and pollution with the move away from car dependency and how this may impact on smaller cities
