Perspectives on the Bus Services Bill
Currently working its way through Parliament, the Bus Services Bill is (in the words of the DfT) “designed to drive up bus use, help cut congestion and deliver economic growth”. Does the Bill finally offer clarity in the devolution whirlwind of local transport governance? Will the Bill foster or stifle innovation? Will the London bus franchising model be replicated in other cities in the UK?
Join us for a debate on this important Bill with representatives of transport authorities, passengers and operators.
