You will use innovative visualisations and presentation skills to convey the importance of the results to public transport providers on how to improve safety, efficiency, and quality.

Duties and responsibilities

  • You will synthesise and summarise a large quantity of diverse qualitative and quantitative information from public transport providers

  • You will understand public transport providers’ strengths, opportunities, and risks, as well as their key purposes for international performance benchmarking
  • You will attend public transport provider meetings overseas where necessary
  • You will contribute to the benchmarking groups' ongoing coordination, development, and improvement with a particular focus on data management, analysis, visualization, and interpretation
