Tom Fleming of ITP - The new Incentive-led Approach to Demand Management;

The three Bursarians are required to write a 5000-word paper on their chosen topic by the end of the year, and then present their findings to the TPS Board in January 2016, after which the £500 bursaries will be awarded. The Board wishes them all well.

The Board would also like to thank the other Bursary applicants for their entries. Board member, Tim Morton, who is managing the competition, commented :  "We really appreciate the efforts made by all the Bursary applicants to submit proposals and were impressed by all the submissions. We applied our strict criteria to separate those selected  from the runners up, and have identified three worthy Bursarians who, we are sure, will produce papers of merit."
