As we did for the last election, TPS is working on a "Manifesto - an Agenda for Change for an incoming Government - to be published in March, working alongside the longer term vision for transport proposed jointly by TPS and CILT.

It is designed to provide some more detailed ideas for discussion which could be implemented in the next Parliament.  We have already held events in different parts of the country and the Bursary Scheme also focusses on this topic.  Overall we are building on:
* Existing policy responses and Professors’ letter
* Stakeholder event
* Discussions at UWE, Oxford, Leeds and Birmingham
* TPS topic events including aviation and appraisal
* Annual Member Survey
* Bursary reports
* Member input on the draft (see below)

We would like members to comment before 27th March, after which it will be finalised for publication.  Please note that some comments already received have stimulated more work and some are being grouped together for the final edit.  Thus if you have commented on the earlier drafts please be aware that they have not been fully amended yet
