Each PDS trainee and their mentor are met by a trained PDS Reviewer at least twice while they are following the Scheme, including a Final Review on completion.
 
There is a team of five PDS Reviewers, operating regionally.  Keith will lead and manage this team.
 
Keith introduced the PDS for Mouchel, where he was their PDS manager until he retired.  Since retiring, he has continued to be involved with the PDS. co-authoring Version 3, helping develop the Review Process and contributing to the preparation of the Advice Note series.  He has a very thorough understanding of the PDS!
