Congratulations to Stuart Jenkins on the award of the TPP qualification by the Senior Route.

Stuart, an Associate Director of Arup, has responsibility for local transport and development planning in their London office.

He told TPS “I’m delighted to be awarded the TPP qualification. For me this represents peer recognition of the breadth of experience that I have gained in the industry and of the high professional standards that I have always tried to maintain.  Because the TPP is open to the whole transport planning profession, it offers an excellent opportunity to unify the industry, raise our standards and demonstrate our professional capabilities to others outside the industry.

The structure of the TPP offers a clear and well-defined yet flexible approach which encourages transport planners to gain a breadth of experience whilst developing their career and, in my view, that is essential if we are to be recognised and well equipped for our role in foreseeing and responding to the transport challenges in the 21st century”.
