David Arthur has taken over from Dave Whyte as Chair of the North West TPS committee.

David is an Associate Director with AECOM and has 11 years experience in transport planning.  He has experience from a broad range of studies relating to transport policy, scheme appraisal, strategy development, evaluation, freight studies and economic impact assessments. 

David has been on the North West TPS Committee since 2008 and has been actively involved in organising the local programme of events.
