The West Midlands branches of the Transport Planning Society (TPS), Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) and Chartered Institution of Highways & Transportation (CIHT) bring you the opportunity to take part in a lively debate on what you think are the important transport, land-use, social, economic and environmental factors associated with the proposed High Speed Rail 2 scheme.

We have a fantastic panel lined up for the debate:

The event will be chaired by Keith Buchan (Director, Metropolitan Transport Research Unit and TPS Chairman).
