The Homes and Communities Academy, the skills arm of the Government’s national housing and regeneration body, is running a survey looking at the skills and knowledge needed across the professions that contribute to developing sustainable communities.

We would encourage you to take part as the HCA is looking for responses from transport planners, town planners, urban designers, community workers, landscape architects, planners, economic development specialists, housing officers, developers and many more - anyone who's involved with designing and maintaining sustainable places.

The survey will only take between 5 and 10 minutes to complete, and ask questions about what skills are needed to deliver sustainable communities, what training is available, and whether it's accessible, and appropriate.
