James Macpherson PDS Completion

TPS is pleased to announce and congratulate James Macpherson of AECOM’s Newcastle office on the completion of PDS. James becomes the seventh person to successfully complete the development scheme and he is already planning his continuing development toward the TPP qualification. James said of the PDS:

The professional development scheme is a great stepping stone on the way to TPP as it helps you build a strong evidence base for all your experience”.

He was recently presented with his completion certificate by Gary Macdonald, North East Regional Director at AECOM who said:

“It was a pleasure to present James with his PDS certificate. This was a culmination of the hard work he put in to capture all of the learning and experience gained from many varied and interesting projects he has worked on in the past four years with AECOM. The PDS provides excellent foundations for James to progress through to achieving TPP”.

“It is encouraging to see more trainees now coming forward for a Final PDS Review and to hear how positive they feel about the scheme.  Trainees who believe they may be nearing completion should discuss a final review submission with their mentor.”
