Following a report of the financial statement for the year, members voted in favour of a Special Resolution that sees the incorporation of the Society to a company limited by guarantee.

This is essential to allow the TPS to progress the Professional Transport Planner qualification without exposing executive members to unacceptable levels of personal financial risk. The vote was unanimous and marks an important step forward.
