David’s new book offers a comprehensive overview of the transport system: how it has developed; how it will need to evolve to meet our need for travel – sustainably and economically – and at what our options are for meeting those needs.

Following a lecture on the key findings from the book led by David, a panel consisting of Professor Jillian Anable (University of Leeds), Steve Gooding (RAC Trust) and Anna Rothnie (Greener Transport Council member) discussed the topic further.
