We’ve got some exciting news!

As part of our input to the Integrated National Transport Strategy process, TPS will be hosting a session on transport integration at the forthcoming Interchange conference in Manchester.

Speaking on the theme ‘Joined up government anyone? - what should the forthcoming Integrated National Transport Strategy be integrating with?’ will be a panel of senior sector leaders including Martin Gilmour, Deputy Director for Planning and Transport at DfT, Naomi Green, Managing Director at England’s Economic Heartland, and Nicola Kane , Director at Steer.

Held on the 4th March from 15:45 – 17:00, the session will explore how integrated the new strategy could turn out to be. Will it focus on integrating different transport modes, or look more broadly at integrating transport with other policy areas such as spatial planning or health, across different tiers of government, or between capital and revenue investment and novel forms of funding?

Interchange is free to attend and brings together people from the public and private sectors across transport, energy and technology.
