TPS invites its members to contribute to the new DLUHC consultation

The Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities (DLUHC) has started a consultation on the  Levelling-up and Regeneration Bill (reforms to national planning policy) – see https://www.gov.uk/government/consultations/levelling-up-and-regeneration-bill-reforms-to-national-planning-policy/levelling-up-and-regeneration-bill-reforms-to-national-planning-policy

The Transport Planning Society will submit a response and invites its members to contribute, ensuring we build on the collective knowledge of our full membership.

If you can and want to contribute, please email your response to Tom van Vuren, TPS Policy Director, on tom.vanvuren@veitchlister.com, and by Tuesday 31 January:

  • In a Word document no longer than 3 pages
  • In easy to copy/paste paragraphs or bullet points
  • Clearly setting out to which question you respond
  • Providing evidence rather than opinion, and including hyperlinked references to reports etc

The DLUHC questions can be found here: https://www.gov.uk/government/consultations/levelling-up-and-regeneration-bill-reforms-to-national-planning-policy/levelling-up-and-regeneration-bill-reforms-to-national-planning
