TPS Bursary Competition winner announced

At the TPS AGM on Thursday evening, Board Member Joanna Ward was delighted to announce the overall winner of the annual Bursary Competition for 2021.  

The topic for 2021 was 'Scenario planning – how can Transport Planners best plan for the new normal? 

The judges were impressed with all the entries but agreed to award Liani Baglietto Castellares of Arup with her paper entitled – Mitigation, adaptation and scenario planning for the development of an 'anti-fragile' transport system the overall winners accolade.
