PDS success for WSP

Many congratulations to Karishma Khatri from WSP who has successfully completed the PDS.  She can now use the post nominal IncTP and is the fifth PDS completion from WSP.  Last year there were 10 PDS completions and this year the programme already has 10 final reviews programmed.

Karishma said:

“Delighted to have finally completed the Professional Development Scheme (PDS) through the Transport Planning Society (TPS). Huge thanks to my mentor Nichola Byrne for supporting me throughout this journey and for WSP for encouraging me every step of the way. Next stop…..TPP.”

"Congratulations to Karishma for her achievement, we welcome her to the growing community of transport planners who have completed PDS and can now also use the title Incorporated Transport Planner: IncTP.  Despite the many personal and working challenges caused by Covid we are now seeing a strong return in demand for first and final reviews and we look forward to many more trainees following Karishma’s excellent example.  It’s great that we achieved annual PDS completions in double figures for the first time in 2022.  We expect to exceed this in 2023, with 5 successful candidates so far this year and 5 more final reviews timetabled.”
