Andrew Robbins PDSPDS success for Atkins

Many congratulations to Andrew Robbins from Atkins who has successfully completed the PDS.  He can now use the post nominal IncTP.  It means that Atkins is the first employer to achieve 10 PDS completions.  It is part of the picture of growing PDS numbers, which achieved double figures for the first time last year and is on target to achieve at least 15 in 2023.

Keith Buchan, TPS Skills Director said:

"Congratulations to Andrew for his achievement, we welcome him to the growing community of transport planners who have completed PDS and can now also use the title Incorporated Transport Planner: IncTP.  It’s also great to see a major organisation like Atkins get into double figures with others not far behind.  However the PDS also has a broad reach – with 25 active licensees 14 of whom have had successful PDS candidates.  Despite the many personal and working challenges caused by Covid this is more evidence of a strong return in demand for first and final reviews and we look forward to many more trainees following Andrew’s excellent example.”
