Our guest speaker this year is Professor Jillian Anable, from ITS Leeds.  The title of her talk will be "Rearranging elephants on the Titanic". She will ask whether the transport planning profession has been caught sleeping on the job, given the relatively poor performance of the transport sector with regards to climate mitigation. And propose a set of rules for the profession to work by going forward to ensure a greater contribution to climate mitigation in the coming years.
