The Department for Transport is carrying out a consultation on proposals to amend The Highway Code as part of its Cycling and Walking Safety Review. It is being carried out in the public interest to inform the development of policy and because there is a statutory duty to consult on changes to The Highway Code.

The Policy Group of TPS invites TPS members to send their views which will be used to inform a combined response from TPS. Please send your submission/comments to our Business Manager, Andy Costain at info@tps.org.uk. by 1 October so we can frame our response to meet the deadline of 27 October.
