PDS success for AECOM
Many congratulations to Callum Campbell from AECOM who has successfully completed the PDS. He can now use the post nominal IncTP and is the third PDS completion from AECOM, and the fourteenth to have their final review conducted by videoconference since the pandemic changed our review procedures. This is now the default mode for both first and final PDS reviews.
Callum said:
“I'm delighted to successfully complete the PDS qualification and become a recognised Transport Planner both in the UK and internationally. The scheme has been integral for my development as a professional, particularly in shaping a holistic mindset that promotes critical problem solving across the industry and beyond.”
Keith Buchan, TPS Skills Director said:
"Congratulations to Callum for his achievement, we welcome him to the growing community of transport planners who have completed PDS and can now also use the title Incorporated Transport Planner: IncTP. Callum’s international experience fitted seamlessly with his UK based work and his application was the first to do so to a significant extent. This should encourage others in a similar position based outside the UK. Despite the many personal and working challenges caused by Covid we are now seeing a return in demand for first and final reviews and we look forward to many more trainees following Callum’s example. We are aiming to achieve annual PDS completions in double figures for the first time in 2022, with 6 successful candidates this year and 3 final reviews timetabled this summer.”
