Please join TPS Stakeholder member Arup on 21 October for an online event between 1200-1300 hours to hear from three staff members from British Black communities about the joys and challenges of working for Arup, how they navigate the complexity of maintaining their sense of identity and self within the workplace, and how their careers have developed.We hope this discussion will inspire and encourage students and those early in their careers, particularly young people from BAME communities.This live event is part of Arup’s Black History Month celebrations and it will be facilitated by Cynthia Davis, CEO of BAME Recruitment.
