Are your membership details up to date ?

We would like to remind all TPS members to make sure their membership details are up to date and to pay your 2020 subscription to ensure your membership does not lapse.

How to update details

TPS members can amend their contact details using MyICE.  It is the secure online area for ICE and Associated Society members to view and amend their accounts.  Once logged in you can:

  • Update your contact details.
  • Renew your membership by paying your subscriptions online (unless your membership has lapsed).
  • View receipts.  You can view and print receipts for your last few years’ payments.
  • Update your interests.

To log-in, go to the ICE homepage www.ice.org.uk and click on 'Members login' in the MyICE section.  You will need to enter your surname and password before being taken to the MyICE index page.  If you have forgotten your password there will be an automated password reminder service available.

To register, go to the ICE homepage www.ice.org.uk and click on 'Register' in the MyICE section.  Click 'Yes' when asked whether you are a member of ICE or an Associated Society.  You will then be asked to enter your Surname, date of birth, e-mail address and ICE Membership number. Please note, this is where you should enter your 8 digit TPS membership number as provided to you in your welcome letter when you joined the TPS.  This data will be validated against our membership database and you will be e-mailed your password for MyICE.

What should I do if my membership has lapsed and I wish to rejoin?

If your membership has lapsed you do not need to submit a new application. Please contact the subscriptions team on 020 76652227 and quote your membership number. They can then arrange for you to be reinstated. You can pay the current membership fee by card or arrange for a direct debit to be set up. If you cannot remember your membership number please first contact the TPS Secretariat at katherine.coldwell@ice.org.uk
