The Stakeholder category is open to any organisation directly or indirectly involved in transport planning. Being a Stakeholder opens the way to also offering the TPS Professional Development Scheme (PDS) to employees. This is through adding a PDS licence.
Total Stakeholder Membership Fee for 2024: £1,075
PDS Licence fee depends on geographical spread, number of trainees expected and size of organisation as below.
PDS Licence fees:
1 No more than 5 trainees, single site: free to Stakeholders
2 Multi-site up to 10 trainees: £2,675 per year
3 Multi-site over 10 trainees: between £3,850 - £4,925
Please note individual local authorities count as single site. Smaller local authorities may work together to obtain a Consortium licence. Larger transport authorities covering several local authority areas may be charged as category 2 or 3.
