 The prestigious Transport Planner of the Year award was presented to Anne Graham, Chief Executive of the National Transport Aurhority of Ireland by TPS Chair, Lynda Addison at this year's Transport Practitioners' Meeting.

TPS Award for the Best Paper by a Young Practitioner at TPM

 This year's Best Paper by a Young Practitioner, sponsored by TPS, and awarded  at the annual Transport Practitioners' Meeting was by Ruby Stringer of Integrated Transport Planning Ltd. for her paper entitled "Quality Incentive Contracts to improve women's safety on public transport in Bangladesh"

Giulio Ferrini receives 2017 Bursary of the Year Award

Giulio Ferrini from Sustrans received the 2017 Bursary of the Year Award at the AGM on 24 May on the topic of whether public transport–centric development risks suppressing more active travel, using Canary Wharf as an example. He is pictured receiving the award from Tim Morton, TPS Director responsible for the Bursary scheme last year.

TPS Annual Lecture 2018
