Eligibility and General Information
· Submissions are open to projects completed between 2023 and 2026
· We welcome projects of all sizes and types, including strategy, policy, engagement, business case development, design, delivery, masterplanning, or a combination of these.
· Entries are invited from across the UK
· Open to all organisations working in the sector, whether or not they are a TPS partner
· TPS membership is not required to submit
· Organisations may put forward more than one eligible project
Executive summary- (max 250 words) (not scored)
Provide a concise introduction to your project. Outline how the team worked together and how collaboration contributed to achieving successful outcomes. Emphasise what makes your team and project distinctive, and briefly explain why your entry merits recognition.
1) Project Objectives – What were the objectives of the project? (Max 250 words)
Describe the objectives of your project and the outcomes it set out to achieve, including why these goals were important.
Explain how responsibilities within the team were organised and how shared objectives were agreed.
Set out the intended results, including any organisational targets or benchmarks that guided your work. Where possible, include measurable indicators to demonstrate clarity and focus.
Submissions should show a considered and collaborative approach to defining objectives and establishing targets.
2) Approach and Strategy - Describe your plan to achieve your objectives. Tell us why you did what you did and what the insights that inspired your approach were (Max 250 Words)
Explain how you developed your approach to meeting the objectives. Outline the thinking behind your chosen solution and the key insights, evidence, or analysis that influenced your decisions.
Describe how the challenge or opportunity was identified and why your approach represented the most suitable solution. Highlight any innovative, creative, or forward-thinking elements.
Judges will be looking for:
· A clear outline of the project, product, policy, strategy, or initiative
· Strong justification for the selected approach
· An explanation of how priorities and key performance indicators (KPIs) were determined
3) Delivery and Implementation - How has this work been delivered? (Max 250 Words)
Set out how the project was progressed from concept to completion. Include key stages such as planning, design, and delivery, along with major milestones.
Describe how risks were identified and managed, including how you adapted to any unexpected issues.
Explain how stakeholders were involved and engaged throughout the process.
Judges will particularly value clear examples of how challenges were addressed and opportunities were maximised during delivery.
4) Outcomes and Impact - What have been the outcomes and wider impacts? (Max 250 Words)
Summarise what your project achieved and the difference it has made. Provide supporting evidence, drawing on both data and qualitative insights where appropriate.
Focus on demonstrating impact, including measurable results where possible, alongside wider benefits such as user experience, community outcomes, or longer-term value.
Submissions that clearly evidence outcomes through robust data will score highly.
