New provider for technician apprentices
TPS welcomes Chichester College, rated OUTSTANDING for apprenticeships, who will be the second provider of the transport planning technician (Level 3) apprenticeship, joining Leeds College of Building (LCB).
TPS works closely with CIHT on apprenticeships and they are hosting a webinar to introduce Chichester to potential candidates. This webinar will explain how Chichester’s course is delivered fully face-to-face by tutors who are industry experts, enhanced by visiting guest lecturers from both the private and public transport sectors. This will ensure that the apprenticeship is perfectly aligned with the needs of today’s industry. The aim is for apprentices to be fully equipped to bring fresh ideas, confidence, and practical expertise to their employers from day one.
Attendees will also hear about the key benefits for both learners and employers: from achieving an industry-recognised BTEC Level 3 Diploma, to the supportive environment fostered throughout the 30-month period plus End Point Assessment (EPA), designed to fully prepare apprentices for a successful future. Both TPS and CIHT provide EPAs, offering EngTech or TP Tech.
