The Drone Ranger has joined TPS as the first corporate partner in the new TPS Partner Programme! With five years of experience, including three years specialising in traffic survey services, The Drone Ranger has discovered the distinct advantages of using drones to capture data from uninterrupted vantage points, offering a perspective that traditional methods often can't match.

The Drone Ranger has operated nationally across major cities, Ministry of Defence locations, and within major airports, where it has built strong relationships and consistently employed the correct methods. These include comprehensive risk assessments, CAA flight plans, and the necessary commercial licenses. As a result, they have a flawless record of obtaining permissions and acquiring essential data.

They operate a fleet of waterproof drones, which allows them to conduct surveys at multiple locations simultaneously and remain unaffected by weather conditions. This ensures they meet crucial deadlines, even for the longest surveys, ranging from three-hour peak-time projects to those lasting 24 hours or more.

After receiving several positive recommendations, The Drone Ranger recognised TPS as an excellent platform to network, share knowledge, and connect with industry contacts, ultimately learning more about the evolving drone survey industry.

They join National Rail, IOKI, Imperial College London, Momentum, Steer and Urban Movement as corporate partners of the Transport Planning Society.
