Second PDS success for AECOM in 2026

Tom Keen

Many congratulations to Tom Keen who is the second person from long standing skills partner AECOM to complete the PDS this year. He can now use the post nominal IncTP (Incorporated Transport Planner).

“I am very pleased to have passed the interview and completed the TPS Development Scheme, which has helped me to build a broad range of skills and experience across transport planning over the past few years. This achievement would not have been possible without the support and encouragement from my mentor Jen Searle and the Planning North team at Aecom. I am eager to continue developing my experience in project management, which will in turn support my progression towards TPP. I'd strongly recommend the TPS pathway to those new to transport planning and to encourage that the time and effort required is worthwhile."

Keith Buchan, TPS Skills Director said:

"We congratulate Tom for his achievement in joining the growing community of transport planners who have completed PDS and can now also use the title Incorporated Transport Planner: IncTP. We are confident he will continue his professional development towards TPP in due course. AECOM has supported the PDS from the beginning and has now reached double figures for the number of PDS completions. We look forward to more trainees following Tom’s excellent example.”
