As part of our contribution to the Integrated National Transport Strategy process, TPS will be hosting a session on transport integration at the upcoming Interchange 2025 conference in Manchester on 4th March, from 15:45 – 17:00.

The session, themed ‘Joined up government anyone? – what should the forthcoming Integrated National Transport Strategy be integrating with?’, will feature a panel of senior sector leaders:

Martin Gilmour, Deputy Director for Planning and Transport at DfT

Naomi Green, Managing Director at England’s Economic Heartland

Nicola Kane, Director at Steer

The discussion will explore the level of integration the new strategy could achieve. Should it focus on integrating different transport modes, or extend beyond transport to other areas such as spatial planning or health? How will it address collaboration across different tiers of government, as well as capital and revenue investment and innovative funding models?

Interchange 2025 is free to attend and brings together key players from the public and private sectors in transport, energy, and technology.

With the event just a week away, register now to be part of the conversation!

We look forward to seeing you there!
