A new paperback, "How to reduce your carbon emissions and save money on your bills", has just been published.

Written by behavioural scientist and former Steer Head of Insight, Tony Duckenfield, the book helps readers prioritise their emissions-related actions so they can focus their efforts on things that work for them and that can make a real difference. The book includes more than 100 carbon-saving actions and money-saving tips as well as ideas for living a healthier lifestyle.

Glenn Lyions, immediate past president of the Chartered Institution of Highways & Transportation says the book "is fascinating and easy to dip into. It has helped me make sense of how I can play a part in reducing carbon dioxide emissions. The book doesn’t patronise or tell you what to do. It gives ideas and choices. It is a reminder that we’re not powerless when it comes to climate change – we can be the changemakers.’"
