Apply now to be a mentor for Women in Transport's Advance scheme

Applications are open to become a mentor for Advance, Women in Transport's mentoring programme. 

Now into its fifth year, Advance is designed to support the empowerment and professional development of women in the industry. 

It is a reciprocal partnership between two people (mentor and mentee), normally working in a similar field or sharing similar experiences, based upon mutual trust and respect. It represents an opportunity for learning and development for both the mentee and mentor.

Anyone manager level or above, regardless of gender, who currently works in or is affiliated with the transport sector can apply to be a mentor for Advance.
