Join us for an engaging evening of PechaKucha-style presentations, Q&A sessions and networking with professionals from across the transport industry. It is a great opportunity to hear about interesting projects, ideas and developments in transport while making new connections in a relaxed and welcoming environment.
Whether you would like to present or simply attend, everyone is welcome. The event is open to both TPS members and non-members, so please feel free to share this invitation with colleagues who may be interested.
Steer is kindly sponsoring the event, helping us bring together professionals from across the transport sector for an evening of knowledge-sharing and networking.
Presentations
We are looking for 5 to 7 short presentations, each lasting approximately 5 to 7 minutes.
Presentations should respond to this year's TPS theme, Transport Planning for Thriving People and Places, and could cover topics such as:
- An interesting project you have been working on
- Transport-related observations from your travels
- A piece of transport research, policy or innovation you have recently discovered
- Lessons learned from a challenging project
- Emerging trends shaping the future of transport
Presenting is a great opportunity to share insights, learn from others and develop your presentation and communication skills. In particular, it can be a valuable opportunity for early-career professionals to build confidence presenting to a professional audience.
If you are interested in presenting, please let me know by email. I would be happy to discuss any ideas with you.
Drinks and light refreshments will be provided.
Registration
The event is free to attend.
We look forward to seeing you there.
