Newcastle based S·A·J Consultants is the latest organisation to adopt the TPS Professional Development Scheme (PDS) for their graduate staff.

S·A·J’s Patrick Wong explains

"We believe that by adopting the TPS PDS, we will provide a structured personal plan for our staff designed to obtain the technical and generic skills expected of a transport professional. This will broaden the professional basis of the company and provide a planning element to the technical elements associated with the ICE and the CIHT."

With six members of staff, Patrick said

"we have a very close knit team with a philosophy that encourages everyone to give independent and objective advice to their clients, either through direct contact or as part of a project team. We see ourselves as strong team players and aim to build long term relationships with clients and with fellow professionals."
