Monday 15th November 2010 10.30am.

Meet at Transport for London’s project office: 15 Bonhill Street, London, EC2P 2EA.

Transport for London is hosting a visit to some of the stations on the extension of the East London Line.  London Overground’s East London Line extension provides a north-south link in the east of the capital and was part of the Olympic transport commitments.  The £1billion route was opened on time and on budget in April this year.

The tour will begin with a presentation at 10.30 at Transport for London’s project office, followed by a visit to several of the stations on the route.  The tour will last for a maximum of 2½ hours.  You will need to bring a ticket or Oyster card valid for zones 1 and 2.

The event is open to members and non-members.  Spaces are limited to 30 and must be pre-booked.  Email Pauline.arundel@ice.org.uk to secure your place.
