Meet at 6.15pm at Mansion House Tube Station, Exit 1

Take a break from those late nights in the office and join us in the evening sunshine (hopefully!) on a pub walk along the Thames. This is a great networking opportunity, providing you with the chance to meet and get to know fellow professionals in a very informal environment.

The walk will be brought to life by a guide from London Walks (www.walks.com), a company that specialises in guided tours in London. We’ll be stopping at two pubs along the way, and finish up at the George Inn on Borough High Street – the last remaining galleried coaching inn in London.

The walk covers a distance of about 1½ miles. By our reckoning that will burn off enough calories to cancel out at least one of those drinks! Depending on how long we take in each pub, how fast we walk, and how often we stop to listen to the historic and entertaining tales from the guide, we should be finished in 2 – 2½ hours.

The cost (to cover the cost of the guide) is £5.50 for TPS members and £10 for non-members. Payments will be collected on the evening.
