TPS is delighted to announce that The London Technical Advisors Group (LoTAG), supported by TfL, has purchased a stakeholder license for the Transport Planning Society’s Professional Development Scheme (PDS) covering all London Boroughs and City of London.  The PDS is a robust structure for ensuring early-career professionals learn a wide range of skills necessary for them to succeed as a modern transport planner.  It is also an important building block towards attaining Chartership under the Chartered Transport Planning Professional qualification.

Any London borough officer who is interested in working towards the accreditation should send a brief expression of interest via email to angela.wilson@lotag.co.uk.  You should include:

• Name
• Organisation
• A short history of your employment history to date
• Why you want to sign up for the PDS scheme

You will then be assigned a PDS mentor by LoTAG who will arrange a further session to discuss the details of the scheme.
