Transport Planning Society members: claim your free ticket for Mobility Camp, Cardiff – 29 September 2025

We’re excited to support Mobility Camp 2025, the annual, volunteer-run transport unconference bringing together planners, modellers, engineers, technologists, campaigners and academics for a fast-paced day of ideas and action. This year’s Camp takes place on Monday 29 September 2025 at Techniquest, Cardiff, with the theme “Reimagining the Rules.”

Unlike a traditional conference, an unconference is shaped by its attendees: you pitch the sessions in the morning, everyone votes, and the most popular topics make the programme. It’s a brilliant way to surface urgent issues and practical solutions the profession wants to tackle now.

As a sponsor of Mobility Camp 2025, the Transport Planning Society has secured a limited number of free tickets exclusively for TPS members. If you’re a member, you can claim yours by following the steps below. (Please don’t share the password beyond TPS membership – availability is limited and strictly TPS-members only.)

1. Go to https://mobilitycamp.co.uk
2. Click on ‘Book Your Tickets Now’
3. On the screen that appears, click ‘Get Tickets’
4. On the pop-up that appears, click ‘Password’ in the bottom left
5. To get the Password, please email hello@mobilitycamp.co.uk with your TPS membership number. Enter the Password here when you have it
6. The free TPS tickets should appear, and you can book them.

Why you should go

• A timely theme: Reimagining the Rules invites us to challenge formal and informal “rules” that hold back progress on decarbonisation, inclusion and better outcomes for people and places.
• Attendee-led agenda: propose, vote, and dive straight into the conversations that matter most to you and your peers.
• Great venue & community: a full day in Techniquest, Cardiff, with a welcoming mix of students, early-career professionals and seasoned practitioners.

Head to the Mobility Camp website to learn more about the day and the ethos behind the unconference – and if you’re a TPS member, use the instructions above to unlock your free place while they’re available.
