How membership works with the ICE
TPS membership and ICE membership are separate, and each holds different information. In practice it works like this:
1You apply and pay through TPSYour application, grade, fees and CPD record are held by TPS. This is the account you sign in to on this site.
2The ICE administers the qualification recordsWhere your route involves ICE, they hold the professional qualification record. TPS and ICE share only what is needed to keep the two in step.
3You keep one set of details up to dateUpdate your details with TPS and we pass the relevant changes on — you do not need to tell both organisations separately.
If you are unsure which organisation holds something, ask TPS first — we can see enough of the record to point you to the right place.
