Sponsorship Opportunities 2020

Donate to inspire the Transport Planners of the Future Poster Competition

In September we launched a poster competition in partnership with Living Streets, the UK charity for everyday walking, for primary school aged children in the UK and Ireland.

Children aged between 4 and 11 were invited to design and submit posters showing environmentally friendly ways to travel to school before 5th October.

The competition winner and runners-up will be announced at the Transport Planning Day 2020 virtual event on the 16th November.

The entries will be published in an e-book, as well as the winners being showcased at the virtual Transport Planning Day event.

Thanks to the generous sponsorship of CILT and Jacobs and some individual donations the winning entry will be awarded a £75 arts and craft vouchers and £450 gift for their school.

This is where we are asking for your help

The competition has been made possible by corporate sponsorship from the CILT and Jacobs and individual contributions from our friends, Prof Phil Goodwin, and Andy Costain.  We are hugely grateful for their support.  But we want to boost the prize fund so that more entrants and schools stand the chance of winning. Please help us reach our target.

Our suggested donations amounts are as follows:

  • Individual - £25
  • Corporate - £250

With this money we will be able to increase the prize fund and encourage more schools and their pupils to take part and stand the change of winning a prize.

Any amount, no matter how big or small, will be gratefully received before TP Day on the 16th November.

All individual donations will be acknowledged on our web site materials, while corporate donations will have their logo featured in the poster e-book and web pages.
