Summary:
We are seeking a full-time Associate/Associate Director to support our Midlands transport planning team based in the village of Anstey just north of Leicester.

Responsibilities:
You will have demonstrable business development credentials ideally with a focus on the Midlands markets. This role will essentially be leading on work winning through established and developed client contacts, with an expectation of building a solid workload to support the development of a small team that will support and enhance the existing team in Leicester.
This will need to be backed up by providing project management and technical support, managing staff and providing support with the mentoring and development of junior team members.
The candidate will be expected to take individual responsibility for projects, manage them, and be the client’s main point of contact. Instruct, supervise and mentor junior staff as well as support their professional development.
You will need to demonstrate relevant technical and market knowledge and experience of working on projects for the public and private sectors across the UK.
We are looking for a keen, progressive and versatile individual with an established background in transport planning. For this role we require candidates to have:
Preferred Qualifications
Degree or Masters in a relevant subject (e.g. transport planning, civil engineering, geography).
Professional Accreditation, such as CMILT, TPP, CIHT or MICE
