Project Management Assistant (Change)

Job Description

What does the day to day look like?

·        Assist the Project Management team in the delivery of projects to time, cost and quality in a safe manner.

·        Collate, format and distribute data to support project requirements. Cascade to internal and external parties where appropriate.

·        Using the available reporting systems and guidelines monitor and report on project progress.    

·        Maintain and generate project and programme documentation in accordance with project reporting system guidelines.

·        Participate in projects as required.

What skills and experiences are required?

·        Good Microsoft Excel and Word skills

·        Educated to HND/HNC or relevant work experience

We would also like

·        Good Microsoft Office skills

·        Green Belt trained

·        A degree or equivalent

·        Skilled in use of Minitab Software package
