Send your Nominations for Transport Planner of the Year

We overlooked the fact that many people are not working this week due to the Bank Holiday and half term. To give more time we have decided to extend the deadline for sending nominations for the prestigious Transport Planning Society sponsored "Transport Planner of the Year Award 2020" to Friday 5 June. Another PDS Completion over the Net: Kate Lodge of Arup

Kate Lodge, who is based at Arup’s office in Bristol, is both the second PDS completion from Arup, and the second to have her final review conducted by videoconference.

First PDS Completion over the Net

Holly-Anne Barber, who is based at Arup’s office in Leeds, is not only the first PDS from Arup, she was the first to have her final review conducted over the web. She joins the growing community of transport planners who have completed the PDS and can now use the title Incorporated Transport Planner:IncTP.

Another PDS Success

Ian Woodhouse, who is based at Mott’s offices in Leeds, has become the consultant’s second trainee to have completed PDS and is now entitled to use the title Incorporated Transport Planner:IncTP

Planning for the Future

Planning for the future was published by the MHCLG in March. It announces and outlines the key contents of a Planning White Paper which was to be published in spring this year but has been delayed.
